Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 48+ hours before the event — full refund
• Cancellation 24–48 hours before the event — 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before — no refund
• Rescheduling allowed once with 24 hours prior notice
• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days
